Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Kemp FC LLP has a non-refundable payment and non-transferable policy for services registered and not utilised as per schedule, barring exceptions listed below in this document.

Refunds will be issued for programs on the basis of the following:

Moving out of service area

Medical Conditions or Injury

Academic Examinations

Refund of duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed within 15 days after intimation by the customer

Unfortunately, refunds will NOT be issued for programs due to the following:

Weather cancellations

Unhappy with the services

Holidays & Other Recreation

Traffic

School events

Family Get togethers

Extra curricular activities

Team request not honoured

Scheduling Conflicts

Public Holidays / Festivals on training days

Prorated fees for missed practices or training sessions

Refund Terms:

In the event that the student/ participant is medically unable to participate in the sport he/she had registered for, a note from a doctor on letterhead indicating that the student/ participant cannot participate is required.

If a refund is requested due to medical reasons prior to the start of the session student/ participant will receive a full refund minus ₹2500 administration fee.

If a parent can provide proof that the student/ participant is moving from the service area then a refund of 50% of the fee will be granted.

We understand that after a student/ participant has been registered in our program an unexpected scheduling conflict arises. We cannot issue a refund. You will receive a credit coupon of value up to 4 sessions applicable for the following renewal term. If the credit is not used within 1 year of receiving it, the credit will expire and will no longer be valid. Credit is not transferable.

Refund Procedure:

In order to request a refund, a written email should be sent to academy@kempfc.com with a detailed explanation for the request along with bank details. After the request has been received by our board, we will review and make a decision to move forward.

Refund Process:

All accepted and approved refunds will be processed and transferred to a registered bank account within 15 days from the date of application and approval.

Kemp FC reserves the right to waive this Refund Policy at its sole discretion at any time. Such waiver shall generally be in response to extenuating or highly unusual circumstances, and in no event shall the Executive Board be obligated to waive this Refund Policy.
