Kemp FC was established to promote equality and empower young athletes in football.
Over three seasons, the club has flourished, creating countless opportunities for players to engage with the game. It has inspired and supported young girls to pursue football at a competitive level.
A Women's Super Division team competing at the premier level in Karnataka, our squad is built around a core of local players who have been playing together for years.
Kemp FC has earned promotion to the national stage and will compete in the Indian Women’s League Division 2 in 2025-2026.

THE ACADEMY
Kemp FC Academy provides specialised football training for individuals looking to pursue the sport professionally or recreationally. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, well-structured training programs, and data-driven performance analysis, the Academy ensures comprehensive player development.
Trainees benefit from guidance under AIFF-licensed coaches and the opportunity to be selected to play for an AIFF-registered football club in various AIFF-recognized competitions, paving the way for greater opportunities and growth in the sport.

#NoFoulPlay is an inclusive and equitable movement to support and advocate for female footballers from all walks of life. We do not discriminate on the basis of caste, region, religion, gender identity and/ or expression, sexual orientation, physical appearance, age, nationality, or physical disability.
We celebrate every women footballer by recognising their performance year on year in Karnataka Women's League with the support of KSFA. Every KWL season the #NoFoulPlay Player of the Tournament Award is given by Kemp Excellence Foundation in collaboration with a sponsor.

#NoFoulPlay Shield is the biggest 5-a-side football tournament in Bangalore, exclusively for corporate women. It is a celebration of inclusivity, diversity, and gender equality in sports.
The tournament provides a fun and engaging way for women to indulge their sporting aspirations thereby promoting physical and mental well-being, while celebrating their physical and mental strength. All profits go towards supporting football training and education of underprivileged girls.
